About Reborn Clinics:

CRM & Software Operations Manager

🎯

Role Overview:

You will lead the tech-side rollout and operations of various CRM and clinic software platforms. Your job is to evaluate solutions, manage vendor onboarding, align the systems with clinical workflows, and train the branch staff for smooth implementation across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and recommend CRM and clinic management tools for:

  • Lead CRM

    (marketing automation, follow-ups, WhatsApp/SMS integration)

  • Patient CRM

    (appointments, records, follow-ups, case history)

  • Medicine inventory software

  • Billing and invoicing software

  • Coordinate with CRM software providers, shortlist demos, lead procurement discussions
  • Customize workflows and user dashboards as per Reborn SOPs and branding
  • Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, front-desk, and billing teams to understand real-time use cases and convert them into functional CRM flows
  • Lead the rollout and training across clinics
  • Ensure data consistency, staff access rights, patient data privacy, and CRM uptime
  • Generate monthly dashboards and performance reports across locations
  • Liaise with IT vendors for system upgrades or integrations (e.g., website booking, payment gateways, WhatsApp API)
🎓

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in

    CRM implementation or health-tech systems management

  • Strong understanding of patient and lead lifecycle in a clinic/hospital setup
  • Hands-on experience with

    Zoho CRM, Pharmeasy, Clinicea, Salesforce Health, Healthplix, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with

    billing, EMR, medicine stock, and patient record systems

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Experience in

    multi-location clinic or healthcare chains

    is highly preferred
