Telecounsellor – Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Treatments

We are now hiring telecounsellors to be the first voice of Reborn — building trust and guiding patients through their transformation journey.

As a Telecounsellor, you will engage with leads generated from digital platforms (Google, Instagram, website), explain available treatments, and book appointments. You will also coordinate follow-ups, address basic FAQs, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

• Make outgoing calls to potential clients who have inquired via ads, website forms, or referrals
• Provide accurate information on available treatments (skin, hair, laser, injectables, etc.)
• Understand patient needs and guide them toward the right service
• Book appointments with the in-house doctors and track attendance
• Maintain patient records and lead status in the CRM system
• Conduct timely follow-ups on missed leads or rescheduled appointments
• Share promotional offers or treatment updates with interested clients
• Coordinate between the patient and clinic teams for smooth experience

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecounselling, customer support, or clinic front-desk
• Experience in aesthetic clinics, wellness, dermatology, hospitals, or medspa is preferred
• Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (multi-lingual preferred)
• Persuasive yet empathetic communication style
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp-based communication, or patient apps is a bonus
• Pleasant voice, patience, and customer-first attitude
