About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client data, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of CRM processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client and lead information. Monitor CRM system performance and resolve any issues in coordination with IT. Segment customer data for personalized marketing and communication. Support sales and marketing teams with targeted campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. Generate regular reports and dashboards on customer engagement, leads, and conversion. Ensure data compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Assist in CRM training sessions for staff to ensure effective use of the system. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey and lifecycle stages. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience candidates is preferred Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and campaign tracking. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of CRM integrations with email marketing and automation tools. Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and funnel optimization.
