About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead and oversee all content-related activities across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be experienced in content planning, creation, and optimization, with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals. Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery across platforms. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content. Optimize content for search engines (SEO), user experience, and engagement. Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights. Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis to guide new content topics. Maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and tone across all channels. Manage freelancers, writers, or interns if required. Required Skills: 2 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital content management. Strong command of written English with exceptional grammar and storytelling skills. Proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest. Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms. Familiarity with social media trends, email marketing, and basic design collaboration (Canva/Figma). Strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience in a digital marketing agency or multi-brand environment.
