Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Creative Strategist at Monastic Media®. The Creative Strategist will lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and creative solutions. You’ll act as the bridge between creative teams, data-driven insights, and client objectives, ensuring all outputs align with Monastic Media's vision and drive impactful results.

Day to Day

• Develop creative strategies based on market research, audience insights, and brand objectives.
• Craft actionable and inspiring creative briefs for designers, writers, and production teams.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and unique value propositions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable creative briefs for the team.
• Partner with designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce innovative content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, video, and ads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with account managers, creative directors, and media buyers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign results to clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for client feedback and revisions, ensuring their vision is realized.
• Provide clients with clear, actionable reports that connect creative efforts to measurable results.
