Location: New Delhi / Panchkula

Experience: 3-5+ years in digital advertising, creative production, or user acquisition for gaming, apps, or direct-to-consumer brands

You thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and are obsessed with testing, optimizing, and scaling creative concepts that drive user acquisition. You have a deep understanding of mobile-first content, gaming aesthetics, and the technical nuances of platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept, produce, and optimize high-performing, short-form video ads for UA campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms, with a focus on direct-response principles.
  • Design static assets for paid media, app stores, and social campaigns, ensuring creative aligns with performance goals and platform best practices.
  • Create and edit 3D assets (e.g., Unity capture, Blender, Maya) and collaborate with internal or external studios to bring mobile gaming creative to life.
  • Execute rapid A/B testing, analyze performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS), and iterate creatives based on real-time insights.
  • Stay ahead of UA trends, platform updates, and creative formats, sharing actionable recommendations with the team.
  • Collaborate closely with UA managers, data analysts, and creative teams to ensure creative output is aligned with business KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of branded creative trailers and assets as needed, supporting broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of producing high-converting paid social and display creative for mobile games, apps, or DTC brands.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and either Unity or 3D editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of mobile ad specs, platform algorithms, and creative best practices for gaming and app installs.
  • Data-savvy—comfortable with analytics dashboards and translating metrics into creative optimizations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok trends, Gen Z culture, and mobile gaming communities.
