Job Title: Creative Designer Location: Ahmedabad (Local Only) Experience: 2–4 years About the Role atQor is looking for a passionate and skilled Creative Designer with 2 - 4 years of experience to join our fast-growing team. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of both visual storytelling and user-centric design principles. You'll be working closely with our digital marketing, branding, and product teams to create compelling visuals that elevate our brand and customer experience across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. User Research & Insight Conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Analyze feedback and research findings to inform visual and UX decisions. 2. Graphic Design Design high-quality creatives for internal branding, email campaigns, posters, brochures, presentations, print media, and more. Ensure consistency of visual elements across platforms and brand materials. 3. Social Media Design Create engaging and visually appealing social media graphics tailored to various platforms. Iterate and improve creatives based on performance data and feedback. 4. Video Editing Collaborate on short-form videos for social media, product case studies, and website content. Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent) for editing and animation. 5. Presentation Design Design impactful presentations, flyers, and digital brochures to support marketing and sales initiatives. Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and persuasive visuals. 6. Collaboration Work closely with digital marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align visuals with strategic goals. Communicate and justify design choices to stakeholders and iterate based on input. 7. Continuous Learning Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in design and multimedia. Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and the quality of output. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years in a design role within an IT, digital agency, or related environment. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various mediums. Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video Tools: Working knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a strong plus. Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of visual design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and branding. Communication: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills. Problem-Solving: Creative thinking with the ability to adapt and solve design challenges. Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and in teams. Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
