Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Course Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of our courses, with a strong focus on the life science domain. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of educational technology, market trends, and the specific needs of healthcare and life science professionals. You will drive the strategic direction of our course offerings, ensuring they remain innovative, competitive, and aligned with industry demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, skill gaps, and new course opportunities within the life science and healthcare sectors. This includes analysing competitor offerings, industry reports, and technological advancements.
• Course Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing courses. Propose, evaluate, and prioritize course concepts based on market demand, educational value, and business objectives.
• Competition Benchmarking: Perform detailed competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitor offering, pricing strategies, and unique selling propositions. Identify areas for differentiation and improvement for CliniLaunch's offerings.
• Industry Insights & Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest developments, regulations, and best practices in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and other relevant life science fields to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
• Course Lifecycle Management:
• Launch New Courses: Lead the development and launch of new courses from conception to market, collaborating closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, marketing, and sales teams.
• Optimize Existing Courses: Continuously monitor the performance of existing courses, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement, updates, or enhancements.
• Discontinue Courses: Make data-driven decisions on when to sunset or revamp underperforming or outdated courses, ensuring a lean and impactful course portfolio.
• Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop competitive and sustainable pricing models for courses.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a significant portion dedicated to educational products or services, preferably within the healthcare or life science domain.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the life science industry, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sectors.
• Product Management Acumen: Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Market Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
