Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the warehousing and logistics segment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and field visits.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the operations and solutions teams to ensure service readiness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Keep track of industry trends, pricing models, and customer requirements to offer customized solutions.
  • Regularly update CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B business development or sales in warehousing/logistics.
  • Good understanding of warehousing operations, storage solutions, and 3PL services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
