Job Description

A "Contract Admin Support " role

combines data management with contract administration, ensuring accurate and organized data related to contracts

. This role involves maintaining databases, managing work orders, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. It is an administrative position within our Contract Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of contracts, work orders, and related documentation within databases and ERP systems.
  • Contract Administration: Support the Contracts team in creating, managing, and administering work orders, contractor databases, and contractual documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter and maintain data accurately, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accessible records of contracts, work orders, and related documents.
  • Collaboration: Support project teams in ensuring timely completion of contractual tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Data Management: Strong data management skills, including experience with databases, ERP/Data systems like Salesforce and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain records effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for ensuring data integrity.
  • Knowledge of Contract Law and Regulations: An understanding of contract law and industry-specific regulations is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems related to contract data and administration.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Law (LLB) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2-3 Yrs experience in data management, contract administration, or related roles
  • Experience working with Salesforce Contract Module
