As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented content creator to join our creative team. Job Title: Content Creator Location: CP, Barakhamba Rd, Delhi, India. Company: Flash Communications Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working days : 5 days (Monday to Friday) Job Summary: As a Content Creator at Flash Communications, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns. You will collaborate with our marketing, design, and SEO teams to ensure content aligns with our clients' goals and resonates with target audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop, create, and manage content for multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites. Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.) that enhances the written word. Research industry-related topics and conduct keyword research to support SEO strategies. Write clear, creative, and compelling copy for various campaigns and audiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices. Measure and report on content performance, using data-driven insights to optimise content strategy. Maintain a consistent tone and voice aligned with client brand guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms. Experience with SEO principles and best practices. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (is a plus). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Experience in creating video content or using video-editing tools (preferred). Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
