Job Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and can manage multiple tasks effectively at the same time. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to plan and develop testing strategies. The candidate needs to be a self-starter, eager to learn new technologies, and consider security implications in their designs. You are highly self-motivated and work well both independently and as part of a team. You possess excellent communication skills, can translate technical jargon into business-friendly language to convey concepts and ideas (and vice versa), and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You will be part of an experienced international team.
Main Responsibilties
- Review design specifications to ensure a clear understanding of the project.
- Ready to explore new features in the application
- Determine test requirements from specifications and develop tests to ensure project coverage.
- Develop, document, and maintain manual test cases, including data and scripts used.
- Execute and assess manual or automated test cases, then report the results.
- Isolate, replicate, and document bugs, then verify bug fixes.
- Create clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans and cases.
- Strong communication skills in English are required (both oral and written).
Background & Skills
- 2 to 4 years of industry experience with manual testing.
- Experience in Azure DevOps involving CI/CD and test plans.
- Practical experience in API testing using Postman and/or Bruno.
- Identifying problem areas in the project and suggesting solutions to overcome them.
- Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies, testing practices, tools, and metrics.
- Basic knowledge of CMS-based applications.
- Experience with Functional Testing, API Testing, Manual Testing, Performance Testing, Deployment Testing, Security Testing, Accessibility Testing, and Whitebox Testing.
