Job Description: IDSS cum DLOKey Responsibilities:Maintain and update all operational and logistics data using MS Excel and other computer applications. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock, dispatches, and inventory movement. Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation related to logistics and inventory. Use Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting for data analysis and reporting. Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing stock/materials and update records in real-time. Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Maintain accurate records of invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and dispatch documents. Ensure proper inventory management, including stock checking, reconciliation, and reporting. Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and field staff to ensure smooth logistics operations. Ensure all logistics and data processes are followed as per company policy and compliance requirements. Support logistics planning and assist in preparing MIS reports and logistics summaries. Maintain digital and physical files in an organized manner for audits and reference. Identify errors or delays in logistics and suggest improvements for efficient operations.
