Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager (Automobile Industry) Experience Required: 5–12+ Years of experience in sales and team management within the automobile industry. Location: Bangalore (KR Puram) Salary: ₹4 LPA to ₹6.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives Job Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for commercial vehicle sales. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth. Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with corporate and fleet customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional activities and with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of the automobile industry, especially in commercial sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
