About the Role:

Commercial Intern


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and generation of invoices using internal systems or ERP tools.
  • Validate customer data, order details, pricing, and tax components before invoice generation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices in line with company policies.
  • Support the reconciliation of invoice data with sales, logistics, or customer service departments.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of all invoice-related documentation.
  • Assist with troubleshooting invoice discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial/finance team as needed.
  • Support system enhancement initiatives by testing new invoice-related features or updates.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in

    Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting

    , or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, billing cycles, or financial documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of any ERP (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
