Job Description

Co-Founder

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of intelligent automation and robotic systems
  • Architect control systems using PLC, SCADA, VFD, and embedded logic
  • Build servo and actuator-driven motion platforms for industrial and robotic applications
  • Develop and test robotic arms, AGVs, and precision motion assemblies
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for integrated mechatronics systems
  • Drive technical innovation, prototyping, and MVP launches
  • Represent HiTorq in R&D partnerships, pilot projects, and investor forums
  • Contribute to IP strategy, roadmap planning, and technical hiring

Qualifications

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Embedded Systems
  • 4–10 years of experience in automation, motion systems, or robotics (SPMs, AGVs, SCARA, etc.)
  • Proficiency with servo drives, PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi), and control software
  • Familiarity with ROS, embedded controllers, feedback sensors, and IoT integration
  • Startup experience, product development, or R&D exposure preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a desire to innovate in real-world settings
