Co-Founder – Automation, Robotics & Motion Systems
HiTorq Motion Systems (a subsidiary of Specx Technologies Pvt Ltd) is seeking a visionary Co-Founder to lead and shape our journey in industrial automation, robotics, and motion systems . This is a high-impact equity-based leadership role for someone passionate about building scalable, tech-first solutions for the future of smart manufacturing and robotics in India. Responsibilities Lead design and development of intelligent automation and robotic systems Architect control systems using PLC, SCADA, VFD, and embedded logic Build servo and actuator-driven motion platforms for industrial and robotic applications Develop and test robotic arms, AGVs, and precision motion assemblies Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for integrated mechatronics systems Drive technical innovation, prototyping, and MVP launches Represent HiTorq in R&D partnerships, pilot projects, and investor forums Contribute to IP strategy, roadmap planning, and technical hiring Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Embedded Systems 4–10 years of experience in automation, motion systems, or robotics (SPMs, AGVs, SCARA, etc.) Proficiency with servo drives, PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi), and control software Familiarity with ROS, embedded controllers, feedback sensors, and IoT integration Startup experience, product development, or R&D exposure preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership skills Strong problem-solving ability and a desire to innovate in real-world settings What You’ll Get Co-founder equity and leadership role in a deep-tech subsidiary Access to Specx Technologies’ ecosystem for infrastructure, funding, and market reach Flexibility and autonomy to drive product and tech roadmap Real ownership of the company’s future — not just a title 📍 Location Vadodara / Bharuch | On-site or Hybrid 📩 To Apply Send your profile or startup pitch to: 📧 arun@specxt.com 📞 +91-7600-23-7600
