Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head located in different parts of Punjab . The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches within the cluster. This includes managing the branch managers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, setting and achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Cluster Head will also develop and implement business strategies, provide training and support to staff, and facilitate communication between branches and head office.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in business strategy development and implementation
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred
