Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruvallur for a Cluster Head at Axis Bank. The Cluster Head will oversee multiple branches within the designated cluster, ensuring the achievement of business goals and targets. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day branch operations, driving sales and revenue growth, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. The Cluster Head will also be responsible for developing business strategies, mentoring branch managers, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management, sales, and operations within the banking sector
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in achieving business targets and driving revenue growth
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur and travel within the cluster as required
• Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the regional market is a plus
