Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Planning & Implementation:

• Develop and execute school-level workplans aligned with programme goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of academic interventions, teacher support, and community-based activities.

1. Team Leadership & Management:

• Supervise and mentor a team of field coordinators and education facilitators.
• Conduct regular team reviews, provide guidance, and build team capacity.

1. Stakeholder & Government Liaison:

• Coordinate with Head Teachers, teachers, CRCs, and local education authorities.
• Represent the programme in government forums and ensure smooth field-level coordination.

1. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation:

• Ensure regular field reporting, maintain documentation, and submit high-quality programme reports.
• Identify challenges and recommend data-driven improvements.

1. Financial Oversight:

• Monitor budget utilization and ensure transparent financial management at the cluster level.
• Work closely with the finance team to maintain proper records and accountability.

1. MIS & Data Management:

• Oversee data entry and reporting in programme MIS.
• Utilize data insights to support decision-making and improve implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Rural Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the non-profit sector

• Experience working with government primary schools or within the government school ecosystem is a strong advantage

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in Gujarati and Hindi; English preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation, MS Office, and digital tools.
