We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to support one of our premier US-based SaaS clients, Cascade, across the APAC region primarily. This role is not just about resolving issues. It's about owning the accuracy and integrity of the data that powers strategic planning for global enterprises.
Process and fulfill client data requests with high attention to detail
Manage and resolve incoming support tickets using HubSpot
Escalate technical issues or backend bugs to Cascade’s engineering team when required
Update Cascade workspaces based on structured data inputs
Maintain data consistency and workspace hygiene
Support knowledge documentation and internal reporting
