Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Fresher to join our team. You will support ongoing construction and site development projects and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects such as roads, buildings, and drainage systems.
• Support senior engineers in site inspections, layout planning, and quality checks.
• Prepare and update daily reports, work schedules, and other documentation.
• Help monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel for smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Use AutoCAD and other software tools for drafting and modeling (training can be provided if required).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Basic understanding of civil construction processes and materials.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
