We are looking for caring, passionate, motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and drive business growth through direct client interactions and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the field sales team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
Conduct regular field visits to customers, distributors, and prospects to build strong relationships and gather market insights.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing team to align sales efforts with company offerings and campaigns.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards during all sales activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably with field sales experience.
3 to 6 years of proven experience in sales.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
