We are looking for a highly qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The CA will be responsible for managing financial audits, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining financial records, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Conduct internal audits and support statutory audits. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory requirements. Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and support cost control measures. Analyze financial performance, cash flow, and variances. Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and strategy development. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Excel, and accounting software. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience: Experience in audit firms or corporate finance roles. Exposure to direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools is an advantage.
