About the Role:

You’ll lead a national outreach effort, supported by regional placement officers, domain experts, and student interns to unlock career opportunities for our students and alumni. You’ll also engage with students directly and represent the institution across media and public platforms.


Key Responsibilities

· Corporate Relations: Build, manage, and expand relationships with companies, HR heads, and founders for placements & internships

· Strategic Outreach Execution: Design and run outreach campaigns – cold emails, LinkedIn, partnerships, etc.

· On/Off Campus Events: Plan & lead high-quality events like talk shows, industry panels, fireside chats, and job fairs

· Training Tie-Ups: Identify companies open to co-design training pipelines customized to job roles · Alumni & Higher Ed Connects: Leverage alumni network for referrals, mentorships, and partnership intros

· Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with domain experts, social media teams, placement officers and club leaders to assign strategy.

Student Engagement & Media Presence: Interact with students regularly; participate in podcasts, videos, and social media outreach

· Data-Driven Execution: Maintain CRM, track funnel metrics, and use dashboards to improve outreach performance


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Total companies onboarded (new + retained) · #Hiring opportunities created (per 100 students) · #Students placed (2026 batch, 2027 batch onwards)

· Average salary of placed candidates · Net Promoter Score (student feedback post placement)

· Employer satisfaction (repeat companies) Ideal Profile


· Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier-2 or strong Tier-3 institution

Communication:

· Industry Familiarity: Comfortable with tech terminology, job roles, industry functions, and hiring trends

· Travel Readiness: Open to travel up to 50–70 days/year across Delhi NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and metro cities

· Bonus: Experience in HR sales, RPOs, college-to-corporate initiatives, or founder-led partnerships; background in social impact organizations like Teach For India, Gandhi Fellowship, etc.
