Pune On-Site Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited You support our team as CAD Design Engineer (F/M/D) Responsibilities Creation of 2D drawings and detailed schematics using CAD Software - Catia V5 according to industry standards for automotive Create 3D models using CAD Software Catia V5 Apply plastic design and simulation experience to projects Perform tolerance calculations and ensure compliance with GD&T standards such as DIN, ISO and ASME Independent work according to internal guidelines and specifications Collaboration with global project teams in EMEA, APAC and Americas regions in fluent English Understanding of PPAP and FMEA processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, as a technical engineer, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in the 2D or 3D design, simulation and development of injection molding plastic components Proficiency in CAD for automotive design and development projects - CATIA V5, Siemens NX or similar Knowledge of GD&T standards (DIN ISO and ASME), background with tolerance calculation Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams Background in working with cross-functional teams within the automotive industry Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
