Job Summary: MTAR Technologies Ltd. is seeking a semi-qualified CMA professional to join its finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in cost accounting and cost control measures. Prepare and analyze financial statements and budget reports . Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Work on GST, taxation, and financial reporting . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency . Maintain accurate financial records and assist in MIS reporting . Support the finance team in forecasting and variance analysis . Required Qualifications & Skills: CMA Inter (Semi-Qualified) . Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial management . Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems . Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience: 0-3 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related roles. Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is a plus.
