Business Operations Specialist – Sales Ops (Hybrid, Pune, India)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and data needs across the organization.
• Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools to support strategic decisions.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain data documentation, including definitions, lineage, and business rules.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Recommend enhancements to data collection methods, systems, and tools.

• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and familiarity with data governance platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting data governance practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging trends in data analytics and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree
