Job Summary:

Call Center Executive / Sr. Executive

Only candidates with Telecom sector call center experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume

  telecom customer

  calls — outbound/inbound — related to DTH, SIM/connection sales, recharges, VAS, CPE recovery, etc.
• Drive

  daily voice-based sales and service KPIs

  , including ARP, win-back, and revenue recovery.
• Achieve SLA-based resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Update CRM tools, manage lead databases, and provide clear documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech support/logistics/sales) for smoother customer onboarding and issue resolution.
• Upsell value-added services and support marketing campaign execution.
• Participate in process improvements and feedback loops.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  3 to 8 years in

  Call Center operations exclusively in Telecom

  (DTH, prepaid/postpaid, ISP, mobile services, etc.)
• Experience in

  tele-sales, retention, value-added service sales

  , or telecom customer care is a must.
• Strong communication skills in

  English & Hindi

  .
• Must be goal-driven with the ability to handle pressure and high call volumes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and MS Excel preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
