About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic offshore

support team. This role is critical in managing and delivering monthly and ad hoc reports,

maintaining data integrity, and supporting business decisions with clear, insightful analytics. The

ideal candidate will have strong experience in Excel-based reporting, a foundational understanding

of BI concepts, and an appreciation of how sales operations work.

You will work closely with our UK-based teams and be supported by team who will provide a

secure back-office portal. High standards in data security, conversational English, and a structured

work ethic are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports primarily in Excel.
  • Handle monthly reporting cycles and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Support sales and operations teams with timely, accurate reporting and performance

analytics.

  • Collaborate with the UK team and follow UK working hours to ensure seamless

communication and output.

  • Ensure data quality, validation, and accuracy across all reporting activities.
  • Work with UK team to use and update the back-office portal while adhering to cyber

security standards.

  • Protect and handle confidential information in line with data privacy and company policies.
  • Provide analysis and insights that help drive business performance, sales efficiency, and

operational effectiveness.

  • Assist in transitioning from manual Excel reporting to automated BI tools (where applicable

in future phases).

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a reporting, admin, or BI analyst role (Excel-focused).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, basic macros.
  • Good understanding of BI concepts, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable managing multiple reporting timelines (monthly and ad hoc).
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English – both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of how sales and business development teams operate is preferred.
  • Experience working with UK/Western clients or during UK business hours is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
