✅ Business Strategy & P&L Ownership

• Own Tallento.ai’s business verticals and ensure profitability, growth, and scalability
• Define short-term and long-term strategic goals aligned with organisational vision
• Plan and execute initiatives to achieve revenue and operational targets

✅ Sales & Client Acquisition

• Drive B2B sales strategy, identify market opportunities, and onboard new clients
• Strengthen existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and upsell services
• Mentor sales teams with proven strategies, lead generation tactics, and deal closures

✅ Operations & Delivery Excellence

• Oversee HR recruitment operations, ensuring fulfilment within defined TATs
• Implement strong performance monitoring and process optimisation frameworks
• Coordinate with HR, sales, and tech teams for seamless service delivery

✅ Team Leadership & Development

• Build, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
• Develop leadership pipelines within the organisation through mentorship and coaching
• Drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance improvements

✅ Market Intelligence & Innovation

• Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine services
• Collaborate with founders for product and process innovations to enhance Tallento.ai’s market positioning

✅ Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare and present detailed MIS reports to founders and investors
• Maintain transparent communication with leadership on business performance, risks, and opportunities
