Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Business Head located in Pan India. The Deputy Business Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading teams across various departments. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management and operations
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Proficiency in using business management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred
