Position Summary

The Business Head will be responsible for leading and expanding Anson Chits’ sales operations in the Kerala and Tamilnadu region. This role involves strategic planning, sales leadership, team management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and uphold the company’s values of integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

• Sales Management: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team aligned with company goals.

• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services sector.

• Experience in chit funds or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) is advantageous.

• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in local languages is desirable.
