Dear Candidates Looking for Business Development Representatives for Hyderabad, Lucknow, Nagpur and Ahmedabad. Freshers are also welcome but MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business Colleges . Experience in Automobile experience is must. Responsibilities Develop Alternate Channel Business: Identify and target new business opportunities within KIA Motors, Maruti, and MG Motors authorized service stations to expand the lubricants business in the assigned territory. Market Intelligence: Ascertain market intelligence & share to KAMs to develop a compelling value proposition to the potential prospect. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within existing accounts and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement the sales strategies developed to achieve business growth and meet sales targets. Promotional Activities: Execute promotional schemes and activities as directed to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Payment Recovery: Ensure timely recovery of payments from clients, maintaining accurate records and following up as necessary to secure outstanding dues. Collaboration with KAMs: Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide necessary management information system (MIS) reports to track and measure performance. Qualifications A candidate with any graduation, preferably an MBA, is required. They should have strong interpersonal efficiency, exceptional communication, and influencing skills. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in managing B2B accounts and sales with OEM authorized service stations in areas such as paint, garage equipment, tires, and other garage consumables.
