Business Development Manager – US Market

2 experienced Business Development Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the

  US market

• Pitch offshore staffing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), CPAs, legal firms, real estate agencies, etc.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline via outbound outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals)
• Schedule and conduct product demos or discovery calls with decision-makers
• Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term client engagements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
• Maintain relationships with clients for upselling and long-term growth
• Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry forums

Ideal Candidate:

• 4–6 years of business development experience,

  preferably in BPO/KPO/offshoring or virtual staffing

• Prior experience working with

  US clients or agencies

  is a must
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
• Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Comfortable working

  night shifts (EST hours)

  to align with US business timings

✅ Must-Have:

• Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the US or North American market
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
