USA Medical Executive Assistant – U.S. Healthcare Experience Required

We are seeking a Medical Executive Assistant

Preferred Background:

✅ Experience in U.S. healthcare, insurance, or medical billing industry

✅ Previous role in a medical call center or insurance billing support

✅ Candidates with a medical degree or a healthcare background are preferred, but not mandatory

✅ Strong experience coordinating with U.S. insurance companies for claim approvals over calls is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle prior authorization and insurance verification for U.S. patients
• Coordinate with insurance companies over phone calls to secure approvals for claims and authorizations
• Manage incoming patient calls and update/change appointments
• Make appointment reminder calls
• Respond to new patient inquiries
• Work with U.S. medical billing systems/software
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions
