Your Role: Business Development Manager – Project Sales As a Business Development Manager , you will be at the forefront of India’s Solar transformation , helping businesses embrace clean energy solutions. What You’ll Do 🔹 Engage with high-potential B2B (C&I) clients for solar power projects. 🔹 Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding their energy needs. 🔹 Present and showcase cutting-edge solar power solutions that drive sustainability and cost savings. 🔹 Negotiate and close high-value deals , ensuring profitable growth for the company. 🔹 Conduct market research and competition analysis , shaping effective sales strategies. 🔹 Consistently achieve and exceed order booking targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. 🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. What We’re Looking For ✔ Educational Background – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) or MBA. ✔ Experience – 2-6 years in Sales (B2B Private Sector or Solar is a plus) with a track record of success. ✔ Tech & Sales Savvy – Proficiency in CRM tools , market research, and customer engagement strategies. ✔ Personal Attributes – Positive mindset, self-driven, excellent communication, and negotiation skills . ✔ Language Proficiency – Fluency in English & Local Language is a plus. ✔ Mobility – Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR and nearby cities .
