Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Manager – IT Sales to join our growing team. This role is critical to expanding our footprint in the IT services and solutions market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a deep understanding of client needs in the tech industry, and the ability to drive high-value deals from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation projects.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions, including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or custom software development.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, CRM, HubSpot).
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, tech events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or tech certifications are a plus).
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or solution selling.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and technology ecosystems (cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Understanding of enterprise IT procurement processes and stakeholder mapping
  • Existing network of contacts in relevant sectors.
