Develop and expand business in international markets, while working independently and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Drive business development activities, ensuring business growth, conducting thorough market research and analysis, and generating revenue.
Identify and engage prospects, create compelling proposals, and negotiate pricing to secure business opportunities.
Utilize expertise in selling FMCG, Perfumes/ Deodorants, personal care range like skin care, Shampoo, Diapers and Sanitary Napkins, Herbal tea & beverages and ayurvedic pharma products to achieve sales targets.
Possess in-depth knowledge of export business terms and protocols.
Negotiate with clients to maximize profit and secure favorable business deals.
Formulate business strategies and market approaches to facilitate effective business development.
Develop strategic market plans, including business plans and sales strategies.
Foster strong relationships with customers through regular meetings, identifying sales and business development opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and value chains to support marketing efforts.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle and take responsibility for deal closures.
Demonstrate a competitive approach to winning business from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
Manage existing client relationships efficiently, while actively seeking new opportunities, collaborating closely with the technical team to achieve company objectives.
Travel to various countries as required for business development purposes.
Proven track record in international business development and sales, with a focus on International Market.
Strong experience in selling FMCG, Perfumes/ Deodorants, personal care, foods, beverages, and ayurvedic pharma products.
Excellent knowledge of export business terms, protocols, and regulations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mind-set with the ability to develop effective business strategies and market approaches.
