Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, online research, and referrals. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Client Meetings & Consultations Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their insurance needs. Present tailored insurance consultancy services and solutions effectively. Sales & Closures Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with business goals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Provide after-sales support and ensure high client satisfaction. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the internal consultancy and advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Min 1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong understanding of Financial & Insurance products and consultancy practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
