Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and enterprise-level sales of our IT products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients in domestic and international markets. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Present and promote IT services and solutions such as software development, web applications, digital transformation, and cloud services. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to client requirements. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM tools. Attend networking events, conferences, webinars, and client meetings to represent the organization. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (4+ years) in business development or sales within the IT industry. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, and digital technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), and online lead generation platforms. Preferred Skills :Experience with government tenders/e-Governance projects. Familiarity with international sales and remote client handling. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
