Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing campaigns. Run performance marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to generate leads and conversions. Handle website optimization (on-page/off-page SEO) and manage performance analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness. Monitor, analyze, and report key KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Plan and manage content calendars and oversee the creation and distribution of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead nurturing efforts. Keep up-to-date with digital trends and emerging technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field. Proven work experience in digital marketing for an IT or tech-based company. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, etc. Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies. Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, WordPress, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads & Analytics certifications. Experience in running international digital campaigns (US, UK, etc.). Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
