Job Title: Business Development Manager - Tiles and Marble Division
Location: Shri Paras Marble Group of Company, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our Tiles and Marble Division.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer relationship management:a. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local influencers and brand ambassadors.b. Collaborate with influencers to create impactful campaigns that promote the brand's image and offerings.
2. Lead generation & client engagement:
a. Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.b. Nurture relationships with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and showcasing the company's product offerings.c. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into loyal customers.
3. Sales and marketing support:
a. Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing comprehensive product information and guidance.b. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure maximum lead generation and brand awareness.
4. CRM and database management:
a. Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, influencer activities, and customer interactions.b. Maintain accurate records of client data, leads, and business activities to ensure seamless reporting and analysis.
5. Market intelligence:
a. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.b. Provide feedback and insights to enhance the company's offerings and customer experience.
