Company Name: Shri Paras Marbles Group Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Position: Team Leader - Sales Employment Type: Full-time Salary: As per the relevant experience and skills Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Key Responsibilities: Promote and market the company’s products and services to potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Travel to various locations for client meetings and product demonstrations. Execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the management team. Requirements : Previous experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is mandatory. Must have marble company experience. Must be a quick learner. Should have strong presentation and persuasive skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.
