This is a sales-focused position aimed at improving product visibility, boosting conversions, and increasing revenue via digital platforms. --- Key Responsibilities: Drive and manage sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Jiomart. Plan and implement sales campaigns and promotional strategies to maximize ROI. Optimize product listings, keywords, and descriptions for enhanced visibility and conversion rates. Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics such as GMV, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Manage pricing strategies, inventory sync, returns, and order fulfillment processes across platforms. Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to gain visibility and negotiate platform features. Collaborate with the creative/content teams to ensure platform-specific messaging and creatives. Stay updated on latest e-commerce tools, algorithms, and industry trends. Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in online sales, marketplace, or e-commerce management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. In-depth understanding of product positioning, digital promotions, and sales funnel management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data dashboards.
