Job Description

Role: Drive sales by making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. Provide exceptional support to customers and maintain CRM records. Key Responsibilities: Initiate calls to introduce our services and drive sales. Assess leads and schedule meetings for the BD Manager. Follow up to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline. Support existing customers with new inquiries and expanding the revenue through other services. Meet KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree. Experience in tele-calling and/or sales. Knowledge of the Maritime industry is a plus. International sales experience is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Fluent in English. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
