Job Title Project Manager – Planned Maintenance Services Location Kanjurmarg (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra, Onsite Employment Type Full Time Job Summary: The Project Manager leads and oversee the delivery of Planned Maintenance Services projects for marine vessels, manage client relationships, and lead a team of Project Engineers. Note : This JD covers Project Manager/ Deputy PM/ APM/ Sr PM Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery: - Leading marine PMS project(s) ensure adherence to timeline, budgets and client requirements. - Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets for marine maintenance database projects. - Understand the scope of work/requirements from clients and analyze the resource/efforts required to successfully deliver the projects. - Handling a team of marine/mechanical engineers and monitoring productivity and quality of the deliverables. - To ensure final deliverables are in line with the client’ requirements. - Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets for marine maintenance projects Team Leadership - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Engineers - Assign project tasks and responsibilities based on team members' expertise and project requirements - Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment - Facilitate technical knowledge sharing and best practices within the team Client Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key marine clients - Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates and address concerns - Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vessel management companies and ship owners Required Qualifications & Experience: - Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or GME. - Minimum 8 4 years of total experience in sailing, production, design, or shipyard operations. with at least 24-35 years of experience in managing PM projects. Required Skills / Competencies: Functional Skills - Strong understanding of marine systems, equipment, and maintenance practices - Proficiency in using any PMS (Planned Maintenance System) software. - Some understanding of maritime regulations, classification of society requirements and industry standards. - Strong computer literacy, including MS Office. Behavior Skills - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication, both written and verbal, and presentation skills. - Strong client management skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong conflict resolution skills.
