Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients with a need for our design services (branding, graphic design, web design, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our design capabilities and expertise.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal creation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and create effective proposals.
  • Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on design industry trends and competitor activity.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the design industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
