Role Overview As a Full Stack Marketing Executive , you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaigns that cover both digital and offline strategies. You will work closely with the sales, design, and leadership teams to drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and position APS Property Solutions as a category leader. This role requires a dynamic individual with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills across content, SEO, paid media, performance analytics, brand positioning, and partner marketing . Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business verticals. Identify target audiences, positioning, and messaging for each service line. Create quarterly and annual marketing calendars. 2. Digital Marketing Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) for lead generation and brand awareness. Optimize website (SEO/UX) and manage analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console). Manage performance marketing dashboards and report on ROI. 3. Content & Platform Marketing Develop content strategies for the APS blog, social media, and newsletters. Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-quality visuals, videos, and copy. Oversee APSs online presence including platform growth. 4. Offline & On-ground Marketing Plan and execute marketing campaigns through events, partnerships with architects, interior designers, and local developers. Support field teams with localized marketing material such as brochures, standees, hoardings, etc. 5. CRM & Marketing Automation Leverage the company's CRM to segment audiences and create automated nurture campaigns. Integrate lead sources, set up tracking, and monitor engagement through email and SMS workflows. 6. Branding & Positioning Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Manage internal branding materials and assist with employer branding initiatives. Key Requirements Bachelors/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications. 3–4 years of experience in full-stack or integrated marketing roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance metrics. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM, Google Analytics. Excellent communication and project management skills. Prior experience in real estate or design/build services is a strong plus. Job Overview: The Business Development Executive Office Leasing will be responsible for driving the leasing business in the commercial office segment. This includes identifying suitable properties for clients, managing negotiations between landlords and tenants, and closing transactions in line with company goals. You will serve as a key advisor to corporates, startups, and MNCs looking for office space solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking within the corporate and startup ecosystem. Understand client business models and space requirements to provide relevant leasing options from the companys or developers inventory. Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and meetings between clients and landlords. Negotiate commercial terms including rent, lock-in, escalation, fit-out periods, and agreement clauses. Maintain and update a strong pipeline of leasing opportunities through effective use of CRM. Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Projects, Design) to ensure smooth transition from inquiry to closure. Track local market trends, upcoming developments, vacancy rates, and competitor activity. Ensure excellent client service and relationship management throughout the leasing cycle. Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to the revenue objectives of the company. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 38 years of experience in commercial leasing, office space brokerage, or corporate real estate services Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client orientation and ability to handle pressure. Good knowledge of local property laws, trends, and market practices is an added advantage. Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
