About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative people to join our team as Business Development Associate. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and communication, develop interpersonal skills, and learn about the healthcare industry.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.
  • Follow up with leads, provide information, and guide prospective candidates through the application and enrollment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM systems.



Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone presence and ability to speak clearly and confidently.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Commitment of 8 hours a day,

    6 days a week.
